During the Slovenian Presidency, the working group made up of Directors-General responsible for fisheries will come together for an informal meeting. At the plenary session, a discussion is expected to centre on the new procedures for the adoption of Common Fisheries Policy legislation. The proposed new arrangement, following the adoption of the Reform Treaty, is a codecision procedure involving the European Parliament. |
