Met dank overgenomen van Directoraat-generaal Ondernemingen en industrie (ENTR) i, gepubliceerd op maandag 1 juli 2013.

For the 10th time, the European Satellite Navigation Competition (ESNC) is calling for services, products, and business innovations that use satellite navigation in everyday life.

Because of the high demand reflected in the number of new registrations in the last couple of days, the project management of the Galileo Masters Competition has decided to extend the deadline by one week.

This allows the participants to submit, complete, or improve their idea by 11:59 p.m. (CET) on Sunday, 7 July 2013.

Already in its 10th year, the European Satellite Navigation Competition (ESNC) is looking for the services, products, or business innovations that use satellite navigation in everyday life.

Prizes worth around EUR 1 million are waiting to be won - including special prizes from some of the most relevant institutional stakeholders, such as the European GNSS Agency (GSA), the European Space Agency i (ESA), the German Aerospace Center (DLR), and the European Patent Office (EPO).
