Schaeuble: France needs to make use of extra budget time - Hoofdinhoud

German finance minister Wolfgang Schaeuble i on his way into the Eurogroup said it is "crucial" for countries who received an three extra months to fix their national budgets to use this time, noting that Italy has already undertaken "extraordinary" measures while France is making "step by step" progess.
