EU takes France to court over Ryanair subsidy - Hoofdinhoud

The EU Monday said it is taking France to court for failing to recover nearly €10 million in illegal state aid received by low-cost airlines Ryanair and Transavia. The legal move comes a year after the European Commission asked Paris to recover the money saying it represented unfair competitive advantage.
