Stay home or indoors, EU commission tells staff - Hoofdinhoud

European Commissioner Kristalina Georgieva i, in charge of human resources, told EU civil servants on Tuesday morning via social media to "stay home or inside buildings" after multiple explosions in the EU capital Brussels. The EU institutions have tens of thousands of employees in Brussels.
