Timmermans: Poland must respect constitutional ruling - Hoofdinhoud

The Polish government must publish and implement a ruling of the Constitutional Tribunal that invalidates a reform of the court, European Commission vice-president Frans Timmermans said in Warsaw. "Full respect" for the ruling is a starting point of the dialogue with the EU over the rule of law, he said.
