The Juncker Commission declared the Energy Union — announced as a project to make energy more secure, affordable and sustainable — to be one of its political priorities for 2015-2019. A year before the end of this term, the College of Europe European Energy Policy Energy Chair and Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (SWP) Berlin will look ahead to the future of the Energy Union, in their high-level conference entitled “Quo Vadis Energy Union” in Berlin on 7 September 2018. The roundtable takes place in the premises of Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik, Ludwigkirchplatz 3-4, 10719 Berlin

The conference is free to attend and lunch and coffee breaks are provided, but the number of places is limited. We therefore asked you to register before 3 September— registration is now closed. Given the small number of places, registration is binding. If you are registered but unable to attend, we therefore ask you to notify us ahead of time, so that people on the waiting list can join.

The high-level roundtable will consist of three panel debates and a keynote speech:
