On page 2, the second paragraph should read as follows:

Noting that in application of this principle, a competent authority in one Member State forwards a

judgment or judicial decision to a competent authority in another Member State, which then

executes that decision as if it was its own (subject to the applicable rules) (…);

Further, the document should not bear the mention 'LIMITE'.
