On page 40 of document 15020/18 INIT, the last paragraph of Article 12b should read as follows:
"3. Electronic evidence obtained in accordance with this Regulation may only be transferred to a third country or to an international organisation pursuant to conditions of
paragraph 2, points a) and b) of this Article and Chapter V of the Directive (EU) 2016/680."
