New partnership agreement with the University of Lorraine

Today, on 8 February 2019, the European Court of Auditors i (ECA) signed a partnership agreement with the University of Lorraine, launching a new postgraduate course on the “Fundamentals of statistics applied to audit”.

The course brings together professors from the University of Lorraine and experts from Eurostat i and the audit firm Deloitte Luxembourg. Its four modules, combining theory and practice, will last 42 hours in total, running from February to May 2019. The course offers ECA staff the opportunity to enrich their knowledge on statistics and big data, while enhancing their professional status with a postgraduate qualification.
