De groep Antici bestaat uit de directe assistenten van de Permanente Vertegenwoordigers i (PV) die samen Coreper II i vormen. De vergaderingen van Coreper II worden door Groep Antici voorbereid, en de Permanente Vertegenwoordigers worden door de groep op tactische punten bijgestaan.
