Delegations are advised that the Coastal States Consultations for 2020 will be held at the above-mentioned venue from 18 October 2019.
An initial EU coordination meeting will take place at the same venue on 18 October 2019 at 10:00. Further coordination meetings will be arranged as appropriate. This meeting will be chaired by the Finnish presidency.
This meeting does not qualify for reimbursement of travel expenses under Decision No. 54/2018 of the Secretary-General of the Council.
