EaSI Technical Assistance Microfinance Workshop exploring the role of Regional Microfinance Associations, Boekarest - Hoofdinhoud

The European Union is offering a one-day microfinance workshop under the EaSI Technical Assistance programme in Bucharest, Romania on 21 November 2019.

The workshop on “The role of the regional/national Microfinance associations" will explore the role national microfinance associations have in establishing a microfinance sector in a country, as well as the key goals for a Romanian microfinance association in the process of registration.

The purpose of the workshop is to help participants identify the main areas of interest for the Romanian microfinance institutions, prioritize them and create an action plan for a newly formed association. The participants will have the chance to express their concerns and goals for the microfinance sector in the country, in order to ensure that the interests of the member institutions on a local and regional level are taken into account.

The event organisers will welcome participants from Romanian microfinance institutions eager to support the development of Romanian Microfinance Associations. The workshop will be held in Romanian and is open to both selected beneficiaries of the EaSI Technical Assistance programme, as well as other interested microfinance institutions.
