In document 8493/19 INIT, on page 2, point II, the first sentence should read as follows:
"At its sitting of 16 April 2019, and following informal interinstitutional negotiations, the European
Parliament adopted an amendment (without legal linguistic revision) to the Commission proposal
and a legislative resolution with a view to the adoption of the abovementioned proposal,
constituting the European Parliament's position at first reading. It reflects what had been
provisionally agreed between the Institutions.".
