By achieving industrial symbiosis, European industries will become more resource efficient and therefore more competitive. Territories will be revitalised with industrial links, and communities will be involved in the transformation of the European industrial system.

Gathering businesses, policy makers, academia, standardisation bodies and financiers, the 2-day event will explore tools and best practices to support the European process industry in its transition to a circular economy, and provide participants with the opportunity to network and collaborate.

The first day will be dedicated to knowledge, presenting both best practices from businesses successfully implementing industrial symbiosis practices, along with key tools to help companies kick-start their journey towards resource efficiency and sharing.

The second day will be dedicated to a hands-on workshop aiming to identify challenges and needs to unlock the potential of industrial symbiosis at European level, working together to find practical solutions on specific topics to be addressed.

Detailed agenda available soon, registration is open. For more information please contact us (info@scalerproject.eu).
