In document ST 7043/20 INIT, on page 2, paragraph 7 should read as follows:

  In absence of Council meetings and in view of the above, the Permanent Representatives

  Committee is invited to decide, in accordance with the first subparagraph of Article 12(1) of the Council's Rules of Procedure and Article 1 of Council Decision 2020/430 i, that the Council uses the written procedure:

  ‒ for the adoption of its position at first reading on the draft Directive of the European

  Parliament and of the Council laying down specific rules with respect to Directive 96/71/EC and Directive 2014/67 i/EU for posting drivers in the road transport sector and amending Directive 2006/22/EC i as regards enforcement requirements and Regulation (EU) No 1024/2012 i as set out in document 5112/20 and the Statement of reasons as set out in document 5112/20 ADD 1.
