Commission confirms lifting anti-fraud chief's immunity - Hoofdinhoud

The European Commission confirmed Friday that the College of commissioners lifted the immunity of anti-fraud agency Olaf's director Giovanni Kessler "at the request of Belgium's public prosecutor". Kessler is suspected of secretly recording a phone call during an investigation on former commissioner for health John Dalli i in 2012.
