Deze expertgroep [EU] i (nr. E00895) adviseert de Europese Commissie (Directoraat-generaal Justitie en Consumentenzaken (JUST) i) bij het opstellen van nieuwe wetgeving en nieuw beleid. Activity report: Since 2020, the Group has dealt with: -the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/2161 on better enforcement and modernisation of Union consumer protection rules; -the implementation of Directive (EU) 2020/1828 on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers; -review of the Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302 -Fitness Check of EU consumer law on digital fairness

Selection procedure: The members of this group are the Member States. It is for the authorities of each Member State to decide on who will represent them.

Rules of procedure: Rules of procedure were adopted at the meeting of the Group on 13 February 2020.
