Deze expertgroep [EU] i (nr. E02993) adviseert de Europese Commissie (Directoraat-generaal Vervoer (MOVE) i) bij het opstellen van nieuwe wetgeving en nieuw beleid. Additional Information

Activity report: The TEN-T Guidelines (Regulation (EU) No. 1315/2013) indicates in its Article 49.4 that "the Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with article 53 of this regulation concerning the adaptation of Annex I and II to take account of possible changes resulting from the quantitative thresholds laid down in Articles 14, 20, 24 and 27 of this regulation". It also indicates in Article 49.6 that "the Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 53 of this Regulation concerning the adaptation of Annex III in order to include or adapt indicative maps of neighbouring countries, based on high-level agreements on transport infrastructure networks between the Union and the neighbouring countries concerned."
