Activity report: At least one plenary meeting of the Working group for Non Road Mobile Machinery will be held per year. Occasionally restricted meetings for Member States experts only will be held. In order to assist the European Commission in developping new legislation GEME may decide to create ad-hoc Working groups which are limited in time. In addition a restricted meeting for MS only was held on 19 January 2010. Three ad-hoc GEME WG meetings were held in January, March and June 2010. The main objective of these meetings was to prepare the milestones for the next revision of the non-road engine emission's legislation.

Activity report: During 2012, the Working Group for Non Road Mobile Machinery GEME held one plenary meeting in Brussels in February. The main emphasis was on the interpretation of the revised flexibility scheme and the future need for decreased pollutant emissions from non-road mobile machinery.
