(1)Union vessels allocated fishing opportunities for Norway lobster and using towed gears shall use either Seltra panel, as defined in Article 2(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/2035 or
a sorting grid with a maximum bar spacing of 35mm, as defined in Annex VI, Part B of Regulation (EU) 2019/1241. They shall use the gear ensuring that by-catches of cod do not exceed 1,5%.
