(1)The fishery will be closed when the TAC is fully utilised by NEAFC Contracting Parties. From the closure date, Member States shall prohibit directed fishery for redfish by vessels flying their flag.

(1)The quota may only be fished from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. The TAC and the quotas will be amended after the scientific advice is issued for this stock. The TAC and the quota for the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020 have been established in the Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1601.
