The European Committee of the Regions (CoR) is drafting an opinion on the Digital Europe programme for 2021-2027, with its rapporteur Markku Markkula (FI/EPP), President of the Helsinki region and Chair of the Espoo city board.
The rapporteur on the opinion wants to meet with representatives of local and regional associations and other stakeholders for a consultation and an exchange of views on the relevant topic of this opinion.
