The 2019 Digital Government Conference comes at a unique historical conjunction. Two years have passed since the Tallinn Ministerial E-Government Declaration and it is time to discuss what we have achieved and what lessons we have learnt on past commitments. The conference will also look to the future of digital government and find new perspectives, in particular for a human-centric digital government. Delegations of high-ranking officials and policy-makers from EU and ETA countries have been invited to discuss and shape the future of digital government in Europe and to create a renewed policy momentum behind digital government.
