Description

Prior the workshop plenary session a Side Meeting day will be organised. Participation is limited to Industry Representatives only.

The Side Meetings will take place at EASA premises.

Online Registration

The Side Meeting day will be charged with a fee of 80 Euro per person.

Concerning the number of participants per company, we kindly ask you to respect the following (same rules as last year):

• - 

  Company holding a DOA or APDOA (STC, TC, Repairs) can register 2 people maximum, one per group.
• - 

  Company holding only an APDOA for ETSO can register a person only in the ETSO group.
• - 

  Company holding a DOA and an APDOA for ETSO can register maximum 3 people, one per group (one mandatorily for the ETSO group, if of interest of the ADOA).

Please note that the tool allows one person to buy maximum 2 tickets. In the case number 3 (described just above) a third ticket should be bought by a different person.

New seats available

Due to the high demand for Side meeting Group 1: Cabin Safety, Group 6: STC and Group 7: ISM, the capacity of each Group is expanded by 5 seats.

In order to keep the overall capacity and due to the limited demand, the capacity of Group 3: General Aviation, Group 4: Competences and Group 5: ETSO is reduced by 5 seats each.
