The Working Party on Financial Services will meet in the format of attachés only on Wednesday, 5 February 2020 (lOhOO) - morning only, to prepare the second trilogue on CCP recovery and resolution (14835/16).

Als het niet lukt om in een raadswerkgroep i overeenstemming te bereiken over een voorstel, kan dat voorstel voor behandeling worden doorverwezen naar de raadswerkgroep Raden/Attachés. Daarin hebben ambtenaren zitting die werkzaam zijn bij de Permanente Vertegenwoordigingen bij de Europese Unie i in Brussel.
Deze speciaal ingestelde raadswerkgroep probeert een compromis op hoofdlijnen te bereiken. In principe zitten er geen deskundigen op het gebied van het specifieke onderwerp bij dit overleg, tenzij de Permanente Vertegenwoordiging dat noodzakelijk vindt.
