The Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) secretariat, in partnership with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, commissioned by the German federal Ministry for economic cooperation and development (BMZ), and in partnership with the European Training Foundation (ETF), organises this workshop, which will focus on 2 themes, namely the future of work in the Euro-Mediterranean region and skills development in an increasingly automated market.
This one-day workshop will bring together experts and stakeholders representing relevant sectors and disciplines to exchange views and experiences, share best practices and lessons learned, and present recommendations on how to brace for the future of work and harness the inevitable change in the UfM region in light of the region’s current realities and specificities.
Dit agentschap i draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de stelsels voor beroepsopleiding in de partnerlanden in verschillende regio's, waaronder de kandidaat-lidstaten i van de EU, de landen in Zuidoost-Europa, Oost-Europa, Centraal-Azië en het Middellandse Zeegebied.
De Europese Stichting voor Opleiding (European Training Foundation - ETF) stelt zich vooral ten doel een effectieve samenwerking tussen de EU i en de betreffende landen te bewerkstelligen en bij te dragen tot de coördinatie van de steun. De ETF werkt samen met het Europees Centrum voor de Ontwikkeling van de Beroepsopleiding i (Cedefop).
